Desperately needed last minute help with school list - 32/4.0

I am applying Monday and need some last minute help with my list. Any comments/advice appreciated. Suggestions on substitutions/removals/additions are great! I can afford 15 schools and am looking for a nice school that will land me a good residency, but also that isn't the most expensive out there (although some on my list are rather pricey). Love California but recognize the schools are all pretty competitive.

Residency: Michigan (MSU undergrad)
MCAT: 32
GPA: 4.0
Extensive volunteering and leadership (including several trips abroad), research (no publications), pretty good letters

As of right now:

Wayne State University

With regard to CA, UCI is not a bad choice, they have been looking to accept some OOS tuition since the new dean started. Stanford and UCSD are just a donation (and thanks!)

Unless you are really interested in the other 3 DO schools you could probably drop them as you are pretty much a shoo in at MSUCOM. You also might have a legit chance at OSU (IS tuition after the first year I believe) and MCW. If it was me I would apply to Vandy, too.

Thanks for all of your help! I am amazed at Tophs acceptances! Those are top schools that I didn't think I had a chance at. Should I consider?

Going by numbers only (stats/OOS), I'd pick MCW over Cincinnati/Rush.
