Program-Specific Info / Q's Did anyone do a Master's before applying to O.T?

So I was wondering if anyone pursued a masters before applying to O.T school? I tried to get into O.T school in 2013 after I finished my undergraduate studies but I was waitlisted at two different schools. Therefore, I tried a different program and ended up getting a full scholarship so I put O.T on hold to finish this degree. Now I will be graduating this May with a Masters in Public Health with a 3.9 GPA. I was just wondering if having a master's would help get an acceptance? In a general case, they want to know that if you can do graduate work and I believe that my GPA for my master level coursework can account for that. In addition, while pursuing this degree I've been shadowing ( when I can) at different O.T places.
