I can't decide whether to apply to a more top tier programs or apply to more schools within my stat range. Since I am a Texas resident, I have my Texas schools as "safety" schools so I wanted to take a chance with out of state school, but at the same time I want to be safe and make sure that I will get in this cycle. Please note that I have FAP so I get to apply to 14 schools for free (13 with Baylor).

The schools I have listed currently are below, which I think have a lot of schools above my range:
Albert Einstein
BU
Dartmouth
Drexel
George Washington
Keck
Loyola
Saint Louis
Tufts
Tulane
Miami
VCU
Wake Forest

Unless you can make a compelling case on the secondary for why you would leave a state with such low tuition, I would guess that you get few OOS interviews. Your stats are good enough to get in IS and the screeners a likely to see you as low yield.

If you have a religious affiliation, that might do it for the Catholic schools...
