Do all schools email when your application is complete?!

I don't think so. Read the school specific posts for the schools your applying and see of anyone else is receiving complete emails. Also, you can always call/email the school to find out if you are complete. I know LMU-DCOM and DMU-COM have complete emails and I'm sure some others do too, but then some just send "received payment" or "received secondary"

Unfortunately not all of them take that courtesy to let you know. Some of them do. Others have portals that you can check to see if you're complete, but they won't send an email. Others don't send anything at all. If you're ever unsure, make sure you be proactive and call... but give it about a week first.
