We still have three spots at my program open 2 intern positions (PGY2) and 1 PGY-2 position. Here's the Nitty Gritty
Pros: awesome residents and attendings
lower cost living
program is continually improving with our new director
tons of clinical experience/ER exposure
Cons: Salary 39k ish (they are saying we are getting a raise this year but we dont' know what it is yet)
Masters program- good for resume, extra work
Research Yearly- again just more work. Not horrible though.
