Do prompts with a 2000-3000 character limit require an intro and/or conclusion? It seems to me like 2,000-3,000 characters is quite small, so it would be difficult to have an intro/conclusion that isn't redundant.

Please just answer the prompt in a concise, highly readable fashion. We aren't looking for a thesis.
