Doctor's office inspection

For those who have started your own practice, what govenment agency (state/federal) regulates the physical parameters of the office building? Is there a certificate of compliance for a medical office? I'm talking about things like size of the rooms, sinks in the exam rooms, disability access. I'm just assuming that there are some regulations, correct me if I'm wrong.

Varies by state somewhat, check with OSHA and your state's department of health or whatever they call themselves.

Just an MS3 but I imagine you want to have a proper accessible office for disabled patients (or at least ones that need level access) for your office. Steps are a nightmare for many elderly people.
