Army Does first HPSP stipend disburse late?

I was commissioned in the beginning of June and classes started on the 25th. Does anyone know when I should expect to be paid for the last week of July ? Aug 1 has come and nothing was deposited into my account.

First payment is about two months after you start, and the $20,000 is paid over three payments.

You really should get used to this sort of thing. It's your life for the next 8+ years
