The US doesn't grant MPharm in the modern era, so I don't think many of us can comment. If you are speaking about the older Canadian one, it is not worth going for a PharmD normally as it's recognized as an equivalent for the US PharmD in terms of credentialing (and immigration) and depending on the circumstances, may waive the FPGEE and directly take the NAPLEX. The ERASMUS, UK and the Commonwealth degrees, who knows, the job and credentialing requirements are quite different and not standardized between the member countries. The ZA, Middle East, and Indian ones are not recognized outside of their own countries and may even be denied FPGEE consideration.
