9. If one gram of a substance occupies a volume of 100 mL and four grams of the same substance occupies a volume of 400 mL then the sustance is likely to be a:
A) solid . B) liquid. C) gas . D) plasma .

The answer key says the answer to 9 is a. can someone explain this to me? google says the answer is gas according to this link http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110810154755AAqsFrZ

Can anyone post a copy of the 2012 collins answer key with the corrected answers?

The answer key (that I have) says answer C, with explanation - "note very low density hence is gas"
