Duke Plastics - rotation or resident experiences?

Hi all,

Rank list deadline coming up, can anyone shed any light on the lifestyle/culture of the program that's rotated through there? Obviously stellar reputation and the training seems really good, but there were rumors that it can be a pretty harsh environment for the residents... Thoughts?
