I have son has some features of autism, I failed to treat him, I went to many centers for management and treatment, sometimes I see him OK and many times I see him so bad.

After consultation with some Specialist in this field, the diagnosis is mild to moderate autism and attention deficit disorder.

Unfortunately, we don't have in middle east countries good schools and trusted centers to deal with Autism or Asperger syndrome,So I have to transfer to help my child to USA,Canada,UK or Australia because of presence hundreds of centers and schools have powerful programs dealing with Autism.

By searching at websites, I found visa to USA will let us stay for 90 days only and this is not enough at all because treatment management of my son will need several years in special needs schools or autism centers.

To stay in USA for long time, I need a work offer and authorized contract, I tried to contact for some jobs but I didn't receive any reply.

I am asking for advises for opportunities of studying and working in dental field for part time or full time in dental companies, research work, chair assistant in any dental hospital.

To practice dentistry or medical in USA, we have to pass international programs and exams for qualification our degrees because our universities are not accredited at American dental association, and these programs are so costly and time consuming (reach more than 250,000 US dollar and more than 2 years to complete qualification program) to get licence to work as a Dentist or Medical Practitioner.

I am 38 years old, Egyptian Dentist graduated from Cairo University-Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine 2001.

I tried to contact many dental schools and many websites for working but failed.

Also I am still hesitated between studying NDEB,NBDE,ADC,ORE ???

first pass nbde 1,2 and then apply through the pass ADEA system but not to DMD programs just for residency .....try UIC and VCU they have good programs for foreign trained dentists usually residencies are cheaper than dmd avarage 30 000 a year ....and sometimes if you have research or master you can join research program as followship then next year to get accepted as resident ...it is a long way but be patient and my advice from recent experience .
