http://www.usmle.org/bulletin/eligibility/
This website says that on the day of application and exam, one is required to be a student of a medical school to give USMLE Step1,2,CKCS.
Does this mean that I can not give the step once I have finished medical school and working part-time at a hospital (I'm an IMG)
What about people who give their step years after their medical school? I've heard people giving their step while doing their PhD (after med school). Have the rules changed?
Do I need to be a student to give a step?
