I am filling out my state licensing application and in 2010 I did a pathology elective for two week at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, NY. I went on ACGME website to find their ACGME code but I can not find it.
I am pretty sure I worked with residents, I am not sure if the residency was completely at Elmhurst or was part of Mt Sinai. I can not remember any more, and it seems like there has been changes. Does anyone remember or know where I can look for this particular residency in 2010.
