EM to Sports Med

I wanted to know how feasible it is to do a EM residency and then a sports med fellowship? I am extremely interested in the sports med side of thing as I do not particularly enjoy dealing with patient management 100% of the time. I know everyone is going to say "what about ortho" but my scores may be holding me back for that one. EM seems like it would best fit me if i do not end up doing sports medicine.

Very feasible. This is not a highly competitive fellowship. Pay would usually be less than EM, and job description/path is less straightforward. Juggling both fields could be challenging unless you're fine working weekends.
