Are all of these possible periapical diagnoses? Acute apical periodontitis, asymptomatic apical periodontitis, chronic apical periodontitis and chronic apical abscess. Apparently one of these is not a possible periapical diagnosis but I think they all are.
Does a periapical diagnosis of condensing osteitis mean that the tooth always has a negative response to cold? I said no. Is that right?
If a tooth has radiopaque material in the canal that is consistent with calcium hydroxide and an IRM restoration in the area, is the tooth previously treated, previously initiated, necrotic or normal? I said it was previously initiated. Is that right?
