ERAS LOR not submitted to portal

Though having all LOR finalized, two of them have not submitted them to the portal or at least they have not turned up yet. So, I am only able to send two LOR out of four at this time.

After submitting my application and selecting programs, will programs get my other two LOR as they get turned in?

Should I wait to apply till they are all turned in?

Go ahead and submit. Programs will look at your application without all of the letters turned in. Get them in asap, but it is better to have programs looking at your file and evaluating you for an interview now than having nothing.

Once the letter are uploaded, will they automatically get updated to programs or is there an action required by me?

You go back in and add it, just as you did initially.
