EyeScribes is currently looking for Virtual Medical Scribes for the Department of Orthopedics.
A virtual medical scribe will work to document patient encounters for physicians practicing in the field of orthopedics. Scribes will listen to a recorded doctor/ patient interaction and complete necessary medical documentation as necessary. Scribes will be responsible for entering pertinent medical history; physical examination, assessment and plan, findings and procedures based upon the doctor/patient interaction and enter necessary documentation into the electronic medical record.
Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented and strive to constantly improve knowledge and skills
Medical Scribe experience required.
Must have mastery of English language with excellent verbal/written communication
Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.
Computer with strong internet connection needed in a private or secure room/location.
Pay is productivity based and should average between $10-14/hr
