F1 visa to dv lottery Green card

I'm an Morrocan F1 Student currently in MIT in my senior year, i've won the dv visa and i don't know if the AOS procedure will affect my future studies ( i have been accepted in Harvard Medical School ).
I registrated my self in the dv lottery only to maximise my chances to get financial aid for the school.
Can i change my status without too much problems because of the Dual-Intent ?

My best advice is to contact a lawyer and be certain. In general, becoming a citizen while on an F visa isn't a problem -- one could marry a US citizen while on an F and then get a work authorization, for example. But, bottom line, you don't want to screw this up. Ask someone who really knows -- an immigration lawyer.
