Family Medicine Non-NBME Test

At my school, instead of giving us the Family Medicine shelf exam, they give us a test based on cases found on med-u.org. The test is by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM). Has anyone else's school done this? And if so, how was the test/do you have any advice for it?
