My first substantial rotation is family medicine. The threads I found when searching seemed to be for IM.

Books I'm considering:

Pocket Primary Care
Amazon product

Ferri's Practical Guide
Amazon product

Tarascon Primary Care Pocketbook
Amazon product

I already have the books I intend to use to study for the shelf, if that makes a difference.

I was perfectly fine with Case Files FM and uptodate. Don't overload yourself on resources. Also get the USPSTF app (I think it's called AHRQ ePSS) - it has all the preventive care recommendations based on age and a couple other factors. And there's a CDC vaccine app too.

Yeah I was hoping for a reference to carry around at the clinic. Those apps sound perfect, thanks!
