I took the Family Med shelf about 12 hours ago. I think the CD in the back of <Essentials of Family Medicine> was really good practice--I felt well prepared. You don't have to buy the whole book: just the CD-ROM (for some reason, the book doesn't have the questions that are on the CD-ROM). I think I saw one on eBay selling for about $17 yesterday.
