FAP essay

I did a search on this and couldn't find a answer,I received FAP and had to write an essay about my estrangement with my parents. Some things in that essay are a bit personal , a little more personal that I am willing to share with a admissions committee but had to write down to explain my estrangement. So I am just wondering will schools have access to that letter?? If they do I guess its okay because I already open that can of worms but its just something I am wondering.

I can't ever remember seeing a letter justifying one's eligibility for FAP; perhaps it is only for internal office use at AAMC?

Thank you very much. One of your post in specifically had me worrying about this when you comment that a interviewee at times share too much information at interviews .
