Favorite live/conference CME?

I'm hunting for things to do in 2016. Specifically always good to spend more time with topics in peds, derm, cards, but open to other topics. If you've done something other than the AAFP experience (I've done that, and thought it was pretty good), would love feedback. Obviously would rather go someplace fun/interesting geographically, but if it's really great teaching wouldn't care if it was someplace not so amazing.
