Just got Vandy's secondary today. They have a section where you waive/don't waive FERPA. I'm not really sure if I am supposed to do that or not...

Here are the instructions: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 gives you the right to review the written evaluation about you which is retained in your academic file once you matriculate unless you waive your right to such access. Indicate whether or not you waive your right of access to your interview narrative report in support of this application by marking the appropriate statement.

Waive it obviously. It's like the letter of recommendation waiver. You'll get a more honest look if you waive it.

Doesn't that shut you down from possibly getting post interview feedback? This one is weird. Never heard of this.

It says once you matriculate you can view it. If you're already matriculating, why would it matter if you view your feedback or not. If anything, seeing that you didn't waive the right to FERPA, they'll be more inclined to hold back if you have superior stats to the average matriculate at the school.

It also likely covers the LORs, even if you already waived the right else where they would have it directly on file. In the twisted world of academics not waiving your right will likely drop you WAY down on the potential list of candidates.
