Hey guys, if anyone could give me advice on my updated schools list that'd be a big help. Im non-URM from a known pre-med feeder school. Thanks in advance for the help with the list!

300 hours working unpaid (volunteering?) in liver transplant clinic
200 hours of shadowing clinic & surgeries
800 hours fraternity executive board
+1200 hours working (full time paid) during my gap year
350 hours volunteering with learning disabled kids including founding my own charity
Assorted small community involvement things (aids foundation, global health foundation, student conduct council, etc)
