Hello all, just curious if anyone has thought to pursue this certification through ABFM ? How important are such pedigrees for future employment/practice once one becomes an attending?
This is a little guesswork on my part, but I anticipate hospitalists will have their own formally recognized board in the future and to avoid getting cut out of the hospital in the future I was considering pursuing the certification in the early stages. Any thoughts?
