FM NYC programs

I am couples matching and therefore targeting major cities... what New York city and nearby New Jersey programs are good? I thought New York Presbyterian and Mount Sinai/Beth Israel seemed interesting but I've heard rumors the programs are in the process of closing. Any other programs to avoid?
