Hi
I am IMG with greencard(PR). I have been doing my residency in orthopaedics in South east asia.
I completed my mbbs in 2010 internship finished in 2011.
Worked for 1 year. Then joined residency in my home country in 2012. And i am in the final year. Probably complete in next 6 months.
I want to try for USMLE . What scope do i have?
Am i too late?
Will my resdency in my country count for anything?(in exam, match, to get orthopedics in US?)
And if i cant get residency, can i get fellowship out there so that i can return back for practice here?
Please help me with your valuable advise!

And how much difference will it make being a greencard holder and a us citizen?
Will it help if i apply for us citizenship?
