freaking pain fellowship

I have my own pain clinic, I do whatever procedure you want, I have a really good income from the sh it - combined with anesthesia (at beginning they screw me...) and I say - let's apply for a fellowship. Universal recognition and so on. Forget about at least 450k that I will not make that year...
Surprise - surprise - nobody wants me......

Medical school - IMG.
Chief resident.
ABA certified.
I am in the papers too.
Good looking too .
My wife is happy though - and you understand why.
