i am a NON EU medical graduate (india) and want to know about future prospects after doing residency in Germany?
i have several questions and am sure there must be many doctors like me who would also need an answer for these....so, if you can help, please odnt ignore and help us!!
1. How difficult is to get into a residency program in Germany? especially surgical residency for a NON EU DOCTOR? I wish to get into NEUROSURGERY
I know language is the biggest hurdle, but apart from that, what else can be challenging?
2. How about the stipend or expenditure in Germany while doing our residency?
3. after graduating, what degree do we get? like for super specialisation courses like NEUROSURGERY, what is the degree we get awarded with? Is it legal in other parts of the world?
4. how difficult is to get a job as a doctor later in germany?
5. do you think there are other countries with better and easy life option? like, switzerland??
