The Supreme Court turned aside without comment challenges to the California law that says the state can take legal action pertaining to licensing to "therapists" who provide conversion therapy to minors.
Well, it's a start. But, since they turned it aside without comment and did not issue a ruling, I believe that this issue can still be litigated in other states, and definitely will. The soonest being the challenge to New Jersey's ban, which I believe will take place next month.
