I have not been using many anti-psychotics being an outpatient psychiatrist this year but was surprised to see zyprexa is generic which clearly I was out of the loop. Every now and again I need to use one. In this case was delirium. However just curious if anyone has gotten to use it a lot and if it seems just as good as the brand in terms of response etc? I know clozapine was one of those that the brand seemed to work better in some people.
