Passed by House and Senate and should be signed into law within 30 days by Governor Deal. I hope we get a chance to make sure the implementation is appropriate. But hey, we are now not the laughing stock for pill mills.

two issues tho - by this particular bill, you cannot notify other physicians about data that you find out, based on letter of the law.. ("(e) Any person or entity who receives electronic data base prescription information or related reports relating to this part from the agency shall not provide such information or reports to any other person or entity except by order of a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to this part.")

and two - are you in the running to sit on the Board??
