Glasgow app question

Hey I have a question regarding applying to Glasgow. They say they don't require GRE scores but that you can submit them if you want. I am not super proud of my scores but know they will see them on the VMCAS app. Does anybody recommend sending them anyway or not sending them or does it not matter either way?

I think I emailed them a copy of my report the first time I applied and then didn't the second time (I got in that time).
