I have a long commute to the hospital. Are there any decent basic clinical audio files to listen to while driving to work? I'm looking for things that will be especially relevant to an intern (Step 3 audio, basic internal medicine audio, etc.) Thanks.

My advanced field is anesthesia. But my intern year will be a transitional year made up of medicine/icu/surgery/etc and I'm looking for something that will be more relevant to a basic/broad intern level learning. Is there a Goljan for interns?

ICU Rounds is a podcast by Dr. Jeff Guy, a burn intensivist at Vanderbilt. This is exactly what you are looking for.

Any new advice for intern year podcasts to listen during commutes??
