Does anyone a good source of reading material to recommend for medical students to gain a basic understanding of transfusion medicine--blood types/antigens, laboratory testing to ensure compatibility, transfusion reactions, etc? Robbins is not enough and Henry's seems too far advanced. I thought maybe I could find a good review article or two but I've not been able to locate one yet. Ideas?

Bbguy and the Petrides book is also excellent.
