Good DR programs for IR?

I was wondering what DR programs in the Midwest (or other particularly good programs) have really strong IR during residency and/or quality IR fellowships? I think I'll pursue IR, but I think I'll probably go the traditional pathway in case I change my mind (I'm an MS3). By Midwest I mean anywhere from Kentucky to Arizona longitudinally. Thanks.
