Got invitation for interview on clinical simulation center

I got an invitation for interview in an Emmigre physician program. The interview will be on Institute of Clinical Competence. I have no idea what are they going to ask. They say that they will not judge my medical knowledge then what is it . I really don't get it. I have never experience that kind of interview before. Please any one know about it, my interview is in couple of days and they just told me today.
