Definitely not your interviewers. That would come off as extremely creepy, and at my school, interviewers are prohibited from even talking to applicants outside of the interview room. Soliciting an interviewer to go away with you for a two day trip would probably get you an automatic rejection.

If you want the chance to talk with some current students, see if your schools have a program to set up interviewees with hosts for the night before the interview. That's a nice way to ask questions in a low key environment and get a glimpse into what their lives are like in this place, without overstepping bounds. Plus, saving money on a hotel room is always a win.
