you don't have much to worry about as long as you don't go on to post something objectionable later on. make a new account that doesn't have your name in it
i read your question before you edited it, though. yes, i would advise waiting a year either way, since your chances for MD are very close to zero now, and even if you do well on your retake, you would be very late in the game in september/october, putting you at a disadvantage. be productive in your off-year!
by the way, you should be aiming for at least a 512 on the new MCAT to have a decent shot at MD
