Academics
3.8 GPA (science & cumulative) from UC Berkeley, 2013
- During the summer of 2010, I took an online CC English course while taking 2 science courses at my university (10 units total during the summer)
- I plan to take statistics online, offered online through Berkeley's extension. Will these two courses hurt me in any way?
32 MCAT (9V, 11P, 12B)- May retake in 2015
Undergrad/gap year ECs:
-Volunteered with a Nepalese NGO in Katmandu for 3 weeks. Included shadowing physicians, and helping out at an orphanage/disability center

-A semester researching rat brains in a neuroscience lab
-7 month internship at a clinic serving low-income, underserved populations- included shadowing a PCP 8-10hr/week (over 100 hours,) and doing lots of valuable clinical/admin/outreach work with patients
-Worked at an education center, first as a clerical assistant during my first year summer, then as a tutor for a year teaching math, bio, and AP chem (post-grad)
-Currently a full-time research associate at a top cancer research hospital, will have been a year when I submit applications next year.

What schools should I be aiming for, and what are my chances at said schools (aiming to apply for 20-25 schools)? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
