So I took the MCAT in 2005 and scored a 30 O (11 PS 9 VR 10 BS)

I took the May 11th exam again because I've been doing well on practice exams but I got my score with a 28 Q (11 PS 5 VR 12 BS)

I've improved on BS and the writing sample but bombed the VR. I know I'm not spectacular at VR but I've been scoring 10s and 11s on the practice tests. One of the main reasons I didn't do so well was because of the flickering monitor and because the guy next to me kept sneezing.

What should I do??? Should I retake or apply?

Well, I'd look and see how schools that you're applying to look at MCAT scores. If you don't get in this year, you'll undoubtably have to retake the test anyway, since they'll be 3 years old next year. I don't know how much advantage you'd gain by retaking the test now and applying later, but who knows...
