I think you should try and if you don't match, do a research year and reapply.
I can't really say if your choice of away rotations is good or not; I have no experience with them. I would say doing well on an away where you can get a good letter from a big name urologist can help you a lot.
Work hard, impress people, and do well on Step 2. A 233 itself won't sink your application, but you need some good letters to pick you up.
