Help regarding GPA ( comprehensive and best result)

Hi All, I have recently got my ECE done .
Below are my scores:
comprehensive :2.35
Best result :3.11
I would like to know the difference between both and what dental schools will look for? Do we have any dental schools which look for best results GPA ? if so please send me the link or list.

comprehensive score is the one dental schools look for. hope it helps.
