The MCAT is the type of exam you want to study really hard for once and be done with it, so when you do end up taking make you are as prepared as possible. That being said, I don't think its possible to ever feel totally prepared. You'll always have weaknesses and areas you think you could improve, you just have to figure out the date that gives you the best chance possible at scoring well.
