So after talking with the Mission administration, it sounds like they are dead set to bring anesthesia services in house. They are trying to have some continuity with the docs and CRNAs that don't have non-competes. I think he "Jr partners" got a raw deal--small buyout, but signed a non-compete that is being enforced. Effectively forcing them to move. Would be interested to know what Am Surg's plan is with these docs??

I heard that non compete is not going to be inforced after all.
