1--hypothyroidism.
2--i think its a speeling mistake it shud b either albers schonberg or peutz jhegers.
3--bacteremia
4--thalassemia is a defect of one of the globin chains. in alpha thal--there is alpha chain deficiency in beta thalassemia its def of beta globin chains.

spelling is correct its ALBERS -JEHEURS SYNDROME only....
