Got a patient with HHT, facetogenic cervicalgia, facetogenic cephalgia, and cervical polyradiculopathy with HNP.

I do not think it wise to perform any neuroaxial or periaxial procedures given HHT, but open to contrary arguments.

Thoughts?

I'm not too keen on sticking needles in the spine of anything with the word "hemorrhagic" in it's name.

Facets? Maybe.
