MD High BCMP GPA but relative low cGPA

Hi,
My BCMP GPA is 3.86, but my cGPA is 3.69 due to F and lots of B in required liberal art classes. I majored in Biochem with minor in cell and molecular bio. Will this discrepancy cause any danger? I am Texas resident. Thanks

You're in a good state. All you need is a good MCAT and an application to match.
